Speed and Agility training is a fundamental process that every athlete must strive toward as they progress in their career. TAKEOFF provides the foundational program for each athlete to grow and enhance their natural abilities in an environment designed for individual and team growth. Key skills and concepts taught in our class, aid in the development and execution of techniques during athletic movements, mental awareness, and constant control of a balanced body position.
