ATHLETIC TRAINING

Here at TAKEOFF Performance Systems we focus on the entire life of an athlete. For our athletes, we instill that education and graduation are first. Fulfilling their responsibilities as a student are of top priority, followed by the responsibilities of being an athlete. Based on the personal goals and aspirations of our athletes, we provide the successful training systems and preparations that allow them to perform at the highest level of competition. BASEBALL & SOFTBALL

Pitching Accuracy | Crack of the Bat | Arm Whip | Base Running Speed

METHODOLOGY

Softball and Baseball are skill based sports where hand-eye coordination, split-second reaction times, and trajectory analysis are necessary for on-field success. TAKEOFF specializes in techniques that cultivate strength and confidence around the bases, at bat, and trajectory analysis in the outfield equipping athletes to be prepared to react with laser-sharp instinct and control.

Lacrosse is a high speed sport where agility, power and awareness are necessary for on-field success. TAKEOFF specializes in technical movements performed with speed, power, and agility. While building on defensive pressure, offensive control, and body awareness, TAKEOFF lacrosse training provides athletes with the necessary skills to be an elusive, skilled, and mentally prepared player.

Speed and Agility training is a fundamental process that every athlete must strive toward as they progress in their career. TAKEOFF provides the foundational program for each athlete to grow and enhance their natural abilities in an environment designed for individual and team growth. Key skills and concepts taught in our classes aid in the development of techniques during athletic movements, mental awareness, and constant body control.

Strength and Conditioning is imperative for an athlete to endure the demands of training, practice, and games throughout the sporting season. The off-season is the optimum time to build strength and increase stamina through training and conditioning. TAKEOFF provides a highly competitive multi-dimensional program designed to target the key factors of strength and power in sports performance at an elite level through intense competition.

When these skills are present tennis becomes a warriors race where a players conditioning level is tested with every set. TAKEOFF specializes in Lateral/Linear movement resistance training. Mastering these two movements will allow a player to change direction all over the court with fluid hip mobility.
