Indoor/Outdoor Training

Training in our adult classes integrate multiple components ranging from cardio burnouts, strength stations, and obstacle courses combined into one class. We have designed this class for full body recruitment and activation by incorporating concepts and movements derived from Yoga, Pilates, HIIT Training and Cross-Fit. Variations of workouts are available for all levels of experience and desired level of intensity.
